Cancellations Policy
Our doctors and allied health members provide their services on an appointment basis and any appointment that is not attended to or is not cancelled with at least one full business day notice, will attract the late cancellation / no show fees as described below.
Please be advised that any days that the practice is not open will not be calculated in this one full business day notice period (e.g. an appointment for 10 AM on a Monday needs to be cancelled before 10 AM on the Friday to avoid the fee).
Dr Shahab Fatemi:
For Dr Fatemi standard consultations (20 minutes) the fee is $100.00 and for his long consultations (40 minutes) it will be $200.00
The fee for his bulk-billed appointments will be $65.00
Doctors Emerson Arocena, Mehdi Saeidpour and Pedram Kavand:
For their standard consultations (10 minutes) the fee is $70.00 and for their long consultations (20 minutes) it will be $90.00
The fee for their bulk-billed appointments will be $35.00
Our allied health services:
For our physiotherapist, dietitian, podiatrist and exercise physiologist appointments the fee is $50.00
