Dr Shahab Fatemi:
The fee schedule for Dr Fatemi consultations for new patients are as follows:
Standard consultation (20 minutes): $70 out of pocket fee
Long consultation (40 minutes): $150 out of pocket fee
Dr Fatemi will continue to offer bulk-billing consultations to some of his current patients at his own discretion on friday mornings only. All of Dr Fatemi's other consultations are private appointments and will attract an out of pocket fee.
Doctors Mehdi Saeidpour and Pedram Kavand:
If the nature of the consultation is covered by Medicare, these doctors bulk-bill their consultations between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. All of the other appointments they have outside these hours are private and will attract a $40 out of pocket fee.
Our allied health services:
Our physiotherapist, dietitian, podiatrist and exercise physiologist bulk-bill practice patients referred to them by one of the practice doctors under chronic diseases management plan.
